Ron Mekler Joins AppYea’s Board of Directors Audit Committee Chair

AppYea Inc. (OTCQB:APYP) which focuses on the development of accurate wearable monitoring solutions to treat sleep apnea and snoring, is pleased to announce the addition of Ron Mekler as an independent director of the Company and Chair of the Audit Committee, effective immediately.

The appointment is intended to strengthen the board of directors and management of the company, using the experience and connections of Mr. Mekler. During the last 20 years Mr. Mekler has been serving in key positions including as CFO at Clalit Health Services – The largest Health Services organization in Israel (more than 2,000 employees, 600,000 members) and Controller in several international Industrial and Real Estate Companies.
